Nov 24, 2016 · This is because the link to/from the CMU & display is a secure digital data link. Due to that a loose connection from/to the screen from the CMU probably would also result in display corruption. In any case you could remove enough of the dash to see if the connectors on the CMU to the screen are loose.

Try to spray some contact cleaner and see if that improves. Disassemble the switch area and see if you can spray the contact cleaner into the rocker switch itself.

Version 55.00.750 NA on the Mazda software. Delete phone from the car, delete car from the phone, then pair again. Fixed. I have a relate issue. Try pairing then starting music directly from the phone. This seems to straighten things out on my cx-3. Try turning off your Wi-Fi.
Mar 31, 2014 · This has happened multiple times. My cx-5 is no longer covered by warranty. With the battery disconnected, it is a good time to add distilled H2O to the battery as water evaporates in Nevada. Pain in the butt to do all the work to have my phone operate through the car's app. My TOMTOM is the #1 reason I will not purchase a Mazda again.
